Have your little explorer join Wild Haven at Gwynns Falls Trails/Leakin Park this summer to get a taste of the forest school experience! We will explore woodlands, streams, and meadow habitats, meet live animals, play games and connect the abundant nature found within Baltimore city's largest park. Children must bring water bottles and lunch each day. Don't forget to dress to get wet! We hope your little one joins us for a "wild" summer, exploring, investigating and playing, while forming lifelong connections to the natural world!

Time to get outdoors and explore! We'll search for native birds, insects, and spiders, and discover fish and invertebrates in the stream. We will savor the shade of the trees and disciver the meadow a-buzz. We will hunt for frogs, snakes, and deer with all our senses. Fungus and rotting logs are part of the fun, too! Every week is unique, so join us for as many as you like.

SUMMER NATURE CAMP

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCES IN THE PARK

Located in the largest urban wilderness park east of the Mississippi, our nature camp provides fun outdoor learning experiences! Kids hike, explore, and make friends during active weekly camps. Catching frogs, playing outdoor games, and getting to know the park....this is the way summer is meant to be. Join us for active inquiry and hands-on play as we make new friends and explore the natural treasures of Gwynns Falls Leakin Park. Stream studies, insect investigation, creative arts, and games are all part of the fun!
