Family Nature Walk (all ages)

November 18   10am-12pm
December 16   10am-12pm

Meet at the park to explore our trails with a naturalist! Each month, we've set aside a date for families to connect and explore nature in Gwynns Falls Leakin Park. A short hike through the forest will be led by a naturalist, where families will have the opportunity to explore the trails together in a child friendly way. At the end of the hike there will be an opportunity to meet an Animal Ambassador.

Mindfulness Hike (12 & up)

December 9    10am-12pm

Need a moment to destress? To pause? Intentional time in nature is healing for our mind and bodies. A Naturalist will guide you through the forest, engaging your senses and calming the constant stream of thoughts that runs throughout the day.

Winter Solstice Celebration

December 21    4pm-5:30pm

Join CMNC for a celebration of the timeless rhythms of the Earth. We will tell stories around a campfire to honor the age-old recognition of the year's shortest day. Hot beverages included.
