Forest Preschool is committed to creating an accessible and inclusive community. We are dedicated to maintaining a welcoming environment for all families. We accept Child Care Scholarships for eligible families and encourage families to reach out if they have questions about affordability.

The above prices are paid on the 1st of each month. We use CivicRec for tuition payments, unless you are using Child Care Scholarship.

​​​​​​​ENROLLMENT
Forest Preschool enrolls on a rolling basis, based on availability and programs we offer at the time. Please be aware that our program prioritizes Baltimore City families who live close to Leakin Park.

You may put in your interest for our programs through our Interest Form and you will be placed on our waitlist. Putting in interest does not guarantee a spot for the school year, as it is based on what current families do, siblings enrolling, programmatic shifts, etc.

Enrollment begins within our currently enrolled families and siblings. We typically open enrollment to waitlist families in late February to early March. We reach out to those whom we are offering a spot in our programs.
As of June 2026, we are fully enrolled for the 2025-2026 AND 2026-2027 childcare programs. We have limited availability in the half-day program.
If you have previously completed the questionnaire to be placed on our waitlist, you will still be considered if any current family decides to unenroll. We cannot offer a number where your name falls on the waitlist, as we look at many factors (such as balancing ages in the classroom) when opening up a spot for a child.
